Photography Tours

Namibia is a photographer’s playground: the stark desert ridges, the salt-pans, the foggy coast, the wide skies, the golden light. On this tour you’ll spend time at key photographic locations — dawn and dusk at dunes, the mist of the coast, the rock-formations at Spitzkoppe, wildlife at watering holes, and the stars overhead.

Typical attractions: Deadvlei, the Skeleton Coast, Spitzkoppe, Etosha waterholes, Erongo granite landscapes. And a quirky note: Namibia’s wind-swept landscapes mean you’ll often see sand-dunes shaped into forms by the wind — sometimes called “sand sculptures” by local guides — so it’s a place where the land constantly rearranges itself.

Expect your schedule to be oriented around light, angles, timings; camera gear will matter, but the rewards are big: images that look other-worldly yet grounded in a real place.
